Where the dickens did it all go so wrong?!

The English language is dying a slow and excrutiatingly painful death. One would need only to look at our blog for example, to get a feeler for some of the kind of distasteful vocabulary people would allow to flavour their comments.
Almost every other entry on this blog (as with so many others elsewhere) carries with it the burden of comments teeming with profanities and expletives ever expleted, under the sun. Mostly the forte of emotionally immature people; not wont to logical reasoning and whose very definition of life is a zero sum game, it brings into sharp relief their desperation in making a stab at muffling a contrary point of view.

Ahem , it is going to be a sad day when almost as if by second nature, people start answering their phones with a f*** morning, wtf do you f***** expect me to do for you?(sorry about that!). An exaggeration, quite possibly, but if reading our blog is any indicator of the shape of things to come, communicating in English is going to become so much more technicolour that it will drain the colour off your face. Foreign speakers might as well drop the idea of learning English altogether. You will do just fine, finger- gesticulating and or using a litany of offensive emoticons that will never come in short supply, to communicate with the rest of the world.

Can anything be actually done at the grass roots, to somehow keep the Profanity Fairy at a distance from our centres of learning, blogs and the office space?
Also is it fair deal to expect others; raised as they are on a diet comprising mostly, the f and the c words, and Mcburgers to go on the side to conform to our old school standards of what should and shouldn’t be allowed in blog(-al)ese, or is that being too fuckin’ harsh on them?!
